At our lodge, you can enjoy breathtaking views of sloping valleys outside and stay in warm, cosy rooms inside. We grow our own fruits and vegetables in our orchard and garden and also have free-range eggs, so every breakfast and dinner served are sure to be healthy and hearty.

Originally from Auckland, we have traveled extensively across New Zealand and know the country well. We bought the Headlands Hilltop Lodge property in 2015. Fond of studying the colonial history and culture of New Zealand, we are knowledgeable about local attractions and activities. If you need information on things to do and sights to see, we can definitely help you.
Mike is a veteran speedway rider with the Auckland Speedway Riders Club, and we are both members of the Auckland Vintage Speedway Club. As keen motorcyclists, we welcome fellow bikers to the area. We run a small farm so there are cattle and chooks in the paddocks.
